Cat with a Fish, Bird or Crab in its Mouth circa 1915 |
A Cat loves to play and catch little animals, not always to kill and eat (as noted in Dick King-Smith's book "Martin's Mice"). Dentzel cats always seem to have something in their mouth, the only way to get it out would be with a carving chisel or chainsaw, not so with a normal cat, they usually drop their prey after making a mess out of it. This particular cat is on an extended beachfront vacation, rubbing shoulders with Hollywood and Washington D.C. cats while dreaming of far-off islands full of pet mice and expensive cat food. |
